Gender-wise, women have outperformed boys within the IPASE 1st 12 months examination. A complete of 79869 boys (basic and vocational streams mixed) appeared for the examination within the non-improvement class, of whom 32500 or 41 per cent have handed. As compared, 66881 women took the check and 31048 or 46 per cent have certified, exhibits information shared by the BIEAP.

Mixed with this 12 months’s Intermediate Public examination (IPE+IPASE), as many as 461273 candidates took the first 12 months’s last examination within the basic stream. Of them, 367711 stands handed after the declaration of the Supplementary outcomes, and the move proportion is 80 per cent.
