The brother of a Congress chief was shot lifeless in Haryana’s Faridabad late final night time over an alleged land dispute. Kunal was the brother of native Congress chief Jyotender Bhadana. He had an argument over some concern with an individual named Vijay over the cellphone after which Vijay alongside along with his brother, Billu, and two different companions murdered him, Kunal’s good friend who had been with him in the course of the incident instructed police.
The sufferer’s brother has filed a police grievance, reported information company PTI. Kunal was standing close to Masjid Chowk with a good friend when Vijay, Billu and two others reached there and began arguing with him, in response to the grievance by Jyotender Bhadana who had rushed to the spot after getting details about the argument.
“After getting data from my brother’s good friend, I rushed to the spot. I noticed Billu holding my brother’s hand whereas Vijay shot him within the chest. They then fled of their Swift automotive. With the assistance of others, I took Kunal to Asian Hospital in Sector 21-A for therapy, the place docs declared him lifeless upon arrival,” the Congress chief stated in his grievance.
A First Info Report or FIR was registered towards Vijay, Billu and two others below sections 302 (homicide) and 34 (frequent intention) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) in addition to the Arms Act at Dabua police station on Monday, the police stated.
