As heavy rain by the evening submerged massive elements of Delhi this morning, a politician was seen rowing an inflatable boat on a flooded avenue. It was a present of protest towards the “collapsing” infrastructure, Delhi BJP councillor Ravinder Singh Negi mentioned.
Mr Negi, a resident of Vinod Nagar in east Delhi, demonstrated how unhealthy the flooding was within the locality, and blamed the Aam Aadmi Social gathering (AAP) authorities in Delhi.
