IndiGo apoligised to passengers for the inconvenience (Representational)
New Delhi:
A number of IndiGo passengers missed their connecting flight from Lucknow to Varanasi on Tuesday as their incoming flight from Dehradun was delayed because of operational causes. The airline apologised for the inconvenience.
In an announcement, the airline mentioned the shoppers had been served refreshments and provided choices to journey on the subsequent obtainable flight with resort lodging in Lucknow or persevering with their journey through highway which was organized at Lucknow.
“We deeply apologise for the inconvenience prompted to our prospects,” it added.
In response to IndiGo, flight 6E 518 working from Dehradun to Lucknow was delayed because of operational causes which resulted in some prospects lacking their connecting flight 6E 7741 from Lucknow to Varanasi.
